Offer Accepted!

Today was a very exciting day.  I was notified this morning that my offer was accepted on a foreclosure home in the Eastgate neighborhood just outside of East Grand Rapids, Michigan.  It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with hardwood floors and a fireplace.  The agreement is to close and gain possession on April 8th.  My goal is to spend the upcoming months renovating our new home.  Stay tuned for the trials and tribulations related to "Overhauling" this house!
